Alisha is on a personal mission to change the narrative of the black,single mother. 

Being raised by a single mother, after her parents divorced at 13-years-old, and being a single mother herself, she has lived and now experiences society’s displaced attitudes about the lives many of these women lead.

A speaker of truth, this Decatur, GA native and Spelman Alumna prefers to be called a teacher and not a preacher.  

Although Alisha received her Masters of Divinity with a concentration in Religious Education from the Candler School of Theology at Emory University, she keeps it simple like her slogan; “Coffee & Jesus.”
